BI-PERURI Integration Excellence Award

As the Product Manager, I successfully led the integration of an ERP module between Bank Indonesia (BI) and PERURI. This highly complex project involved developing and deploying a seamless system from the ground up, bridging infrastructure, development, and testing efforts between the two organizations. My contributions were recognized with an Excellence Award, underscoring the success and impact of this initiative.

• 1. Initiated and managed infrastructure setup, including LAN installation, ensuring robust and secure connectivity between BI and PERURI.

  2. Coordinated with both companies’ infrastructure teams to align network requirements and standards.

  3. Ensured the project adhered to ISO standards by collaborating with compliance teams to meet certification requirements.

  4. Worked closely with IT teams from both organizations to design, develop, and implement the ERP module.

  5. Oversaw integration of key features such as barcode scanners and BI’s intranet for smooth operations at PERURI.

  6. Led joint testing sessions with BI and PERURI teams, ensuring the application, barcode scanner functionalities, and infrastructure met operational needs.

  7. Managed user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate the system’s performance and reliability.

  8. Fostered strong communication and collaboration between BI and PERURI teams, ensuring alignment of objectives and timely delivery of milestones.

  9. Oversaw the installation and integration of the BI intranet at PERURI, enabling secure and efficient internal communications.
