Commemorative Banknote Excellence Award

As the Product Manager, I played a critical role in developing and enhancing the ERP system to support the issuance of the IDR 75,000 commemorative banknote, marking Indonesia’s 75th anniversary of independence. This project involved significant enhancements to ERP modules for both Bank Indonesia (BI) and PERURI, integration of new functionalities, and public-facing systems, earning recognition with an Excellence Award.

• 1. Enhanced ERP systems to accommodate new barcodes and item codes required for the unique commemorative banknotes.

  2. Coordinated with both BI and PERURI teams to ensure seamless integration and operational efficiency.

  3. Spearheaded the development of PINTAR.go.id, a platform enabling the public to register and exchange commemorative banknotes conveniently.

  4. Designed and implemented features to handle high volumes of public requests, ensuring a smooth user experience.

  5. Partnered with infrastructure and development teams from both organizations to implement system updates and new functionalities.

  6. Ensured alignment of timelines and requirements between BI and PERURI for efficient rollout.

  7. Led end-to-end testing, including user acceptance testing (UAT) and live system validation, to ensure reliability and performance.

  8. Ensured the new system was robust enough to handle both internal workflows and external public-facing processes.
